Will Smith – Rapper Extraordinaire
Growing up in West Philadelphia, Will Smith was nicknamed "The Prince" for his way with words and ability to talk his way into what he wanted. He was just 12 years old when he started to rap, inspired by Grandmaster Flash, and at 16 he met DJ Jazzy Jeff, who worked the turntables, and they started booking themselves on the local party circuit.
